Game 1 - Beloit Snappers @ CR Kernals

The Beloit Snappers edged out our very own Cedar Rapids Kernals, 5-4, today in our first baseball game of the trip.  After trailing 4-0, the Kernals rallied 4 runs in the 8th inning and sent the game to 10 innings before the Snappers took the lead again to retire the game and the series.  Doctor Bob, our professor, and several students were interviewed by Fox news about the class.  Tomorrow we will leave at 9:30 for Minneapolis to enjoy a Twins v. Tigers game.  We will be meeting with Coe College Alum including my sister. I can't wait!
